Ordering the College Football PPV's

Can someone explain to me why I am unable to order the College Football PPV's in HD via the phone or Internet?  For the third straight week I am unable to order the game through either avenue.  When I call the Call Center the reps have all said all they have in their system is the Standard Definition Version.  THey say they can not order the HD version and that the only way they know to do it is through the box.  That's great but what about those of us that don't have a home phone?  I've ordered PPV's via the website for years now and gotten any version I wanted yet the Nebraska PPV's (all three) have all taken an act of God to order.  Each one ends up popping on after the first quarter.  That's ridiculous.  Can someone at DirecTV please try to figure this out?  All I get is "We don't know why we can't order it" or "It's not available in HD".  I'm not trying to be rude, but it is absolutely maddening to have the same situation happen week after week after week.  Thanks for your help.
