Receiver authorization

My receiver froze. I reset it and now it has a box that requires an order # that I know nothing about. It also says to contact DTV with my receiver and card number for authorization. It was working just fine before this happened. I am away from home now and the toll free numbers for DTV can not be used from my location right now. Cant locate any direct lines to DTV on the site. Is there any way around this?
