How can one find out when a repairman will eventually show up to fix my Directv? Schedule was between
8-12. It is now 2:06 and no communication at all. I Have been waiting all day.

I don't think you can --you could try calling in again

Arrival window 8 to noon but is now after 2? Well then tech is not coming. Yes they should have communicated, but once you are past that arrival window there is no point in waiting longer.
Call DirecTV to reschedule and submit a complaint on the existing appointment that there was no notice from tech or dispatch that they weren't going to make it.
