Returned Equipment Status

I terminated my service and I returned Directv equipment in a box provided by Directv with a tracking number, by checking the tracking number it shows that the box with the equipment has been delivered, but when I call customer service to confirm I am told that doesn't show on the system, can you help me with that?

This is a customer to customer forum with no access to any accounts.  Unless they try to bill you the NRF  then there is nothing else to do.

Customer support historically can only see if an Non Return Fee (NRF) has been charged or not. They don't get a confirmation upon return completed.

If tracking number shows shipping box delivered, and there is no NRF charged, then you're fine. Certainly keep the tracking info for your records.
