Returning old Directv equipment

I received a new Genie after the old one malfunctioned.  I received instructions for returning the equipment but I do not have a UPS or FEDEX store near me.  I did not receive a return label in the new equipment box.  I need a link to print a label so that I can use USPS.

Is that Genie the HR34? If so it is non-returnable. Otherwise the return box should have had a return label (such as under the original shipping label) if you are over 10 miles from a participating shipper.

Thanks for your response.  This is not the HR34.  I do not see a return label anywhere in or on the package.  AT&T indicates that there is a Fedex location near me, but it's not a Fedex store just a shipping office that does not accept returns without a label.  They indicate that I must have access to a store typically found in a mall or similar to just drop off the equipment without packaging or a label.

Call DirecTV and request a prepaid return kit since you are over 10 miles from a participating shipper.

 

Though just to be sure: If that "Genie" is actually a Mini Genie Client (C31) that is also non-returnable. All other "Genie" models are returnable, it was just the 1st generation Genie and Mini Genie that are not.
