The way your people and supervisors have been treating me horrible been treatin me

Yes my name is Rita ***** and I have been dealing with this for three months and you guys have charged me every time I have a $55 and something charge I have a 27 and something dollar charge you guys have suspended my service for no reason and I've been dealing for 3 months now trying to rent a movie and I can't do it at all then at the last time the supervisor said she was sending technical support and she would send a email to the engineering and they would get ahold of me on my email or call me they still haven't called me and it's been a month later and nobody's willing to fix anything on mine and I've had service with you guys since November of 2018 and I've had bad results poor service a lady yesterday a black lady and I'm sure it's written on my notes in account and my password is ***** and she said she couldn't do anything for me she got really nasty with me and then she told me to hang up and then yesterday before I talk to that lady the supervisor told me that she was trying to send me to technical support and there was no reason to she should have tried to help me get thoses charges off when all of your representatives have been making the charges to figure out if they can get it to work or not and I still can't watch any movies ever since this new lady of a long time ago in August that was new rented the move twice and locked whole system up even put my phone number in the system where I can't even write no movies can't even do anything so why should I pay for service with you guys and why should I stay with you I'm about ready to go back to Dish and you guys can come get all your equipment and pay your own bill because ever since I got with you guys everyone has been rude to me supervisor being rude to me my whole system is messed up and I've had nothing but problems ever since and nobody seems to solve them so why should I stay with you guys I think somebody should fix my stuff or you guys can take it all and I don't really care thank you goodbye because why should I stay with your company and be treated like I'm nothing and nobody cares and as long as your company makes money who cares about the customers and my number is ***** if anybody wants to call me back but doubt it cause your company never does

Call DirecTV to discuss the account to see what is going on with billing.

 

Regardless of their color (which you do not know, so don't assume), they are supposed to help figure out the situation.
