No you place a move order and then take the receivers with you to the new place.

Call DirecTV and place Movers order so that your boxes are installed in the new place and your service address is updated so you get the correct locals.
If you mean having both locations on the same account, that may not be done. Service address determines locals, taxes you pay, and what sport team markets you are in. As such it is against Terms of Service and Federal regulations to have two addresses simultaneously on the same account. If the other place has a compatible setup then you could take boxes for vacation, but the only way to get locals there would be with a regular antenna.
