Whole Home with 2 HDVRs vs Whole With 1 HDVR and 1 HD-Receiver

What if anything would one be able to do differently if they had Whole Home service with 2 HD-DVRs versus 1 HD-DVR and 1 HD receiver?

Basically, I was given a free upgrade to a 2nd HD-DVR, but I also see a 0.00 charge for Whole Home on my recent activity today.  I thought that if you had Whole Home, you just needed a 2nd HD-receiver.

with two HDDVR you can record up to 4 shows, have live trick play at both locations, be able to download VOD from both places, but you would not be able record from an HDDVR to the other HDDVR.  in other words, if you are watching HDDVR 1, at 8PM and two shows are set to record, and you want to record a third, you will have to go to HDDVR 2 to set up that recording.

with an HD receiver, you loose what is on bold type above, but can schedule recordings from the HD receiver to the HDDVR.

The free 2nd HD DVR is a valuable perk. If you have an iPhone or iPad, you can program either DVR to record from anywhere, thus negating the need to get up and go in the other room. My wife frequently sets programs to record during lunch at work on the advice of one of her friends, very handy. On occasion she selects the wrong DVR and all of a sudden I have some fashion show on my DVR.

I have 2 HD DVRs, and wonder if they plan to change this so I can setup a recording from one hd dvr to record on the other hd dvr?  Anyone know?  I can select which dvr to record on when i use my iphone or the computer, so that's cool.  but you would think they would offer this feature or have it scheduled.
