Will promise to pay restore service

My service is interrupted but I mad a promise to pay will my services be restored?

Once interrupted you must pay in full to restore service.

 

A "Promise to Pay" only stops past due notifications.

 

A Payment Arrangement might be able to be setup before service is interrupted which gives more time to pay. Doesn't prevent late fees, but is an extension otherwise. Key point is that this is before you are interrupted. Info for the future in case.
