Stream always pauses

My DirectTV Stream app, when casting from my iPhone to my chrome cast, always pauses for a couple of seconds and then resumes. It does this about once every 2 minutes. My internet is good, my chrome cast is new, and I’m within 10 feet of the TV. It always pauses/glitches when streaming any channel.
