Cancellation Horror story

I called and canceled my direct tv service in January 25, 2021 and was given a cancellation number. Direct tv still billed me for one month of service after I sent the equipment back via UPS on February 1, 2021 and cancelled the service January 25, 2021. It is one big scam led by Direct tv.  Y

Will the Whole Room service allow me to schedule a recording from one DVR onto another?

Sorry if this has been asked before but I thought I read a statement that inferred that you can actual schedule a recording on another DVR in a another room in the house...is this true?  I would imagine it would work similar to scheduling a recording from the DTV website listings. Thanks in advance

Why aren't your people empowered to help customers?

What's up with the poor service. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks waiting for a box to send out a a/v reciever. This plan is not worth the money..... Customer service is not empowered to make decisions. Just told to say sorry. TOTALLY WORTHLESS.
