What are the red balls on DVR listings ?

Being advised to contact ATT and request keeping this channel.  Please don't get rid of the Tennis Channel!  We already have superfluous channels with nothing on them, keep this tennis channel,  thank you.

I am a U200 subscriber and should have access to Tennis Channel on uverse.com like I do on my TV at home, but the uverse.com website only has Tennis Channel available to subscribers of U300 and above. I have been attempting to get this situation remedied for days now via Live Chat but have gotten no
