If i run disaster recovery on my wireless dvr but I recorded shows on my other non-wireless dvr, will all recordings still be deleted?

I have tried to reboot numerous times and the DVR portion of the box was still not working.  I did the disaster relief and now the receiver is no longer working.

Have a X 1 error code after the gear icon disappears.  Tried disaster recovery with no results.  Would like to receive a new DVR/Reciever asap

Received the "red x" of death. Disaster recovery and other attempts to reboot have been unsuccessful. Seems as though I need a new box. How do I accomplish this?

Have been getting the Red X - Tried the Disaster Recovery - see the three dots, the 2 gears, blue screen, and then nothing but a blinking power button. Any help would be great - thanks!

My wife has been going nuts since the Y& R soap hasn't been recording on our Moto VIP2250 DVR. What's strange is any program I record on it says it's recording but it really isn't since the red recording light on the front of the boxes isn't on. Luckily I've been streaming in the Y&R in the evenings

My 92yo caregiver is abusing dad's movie rental subscription.  Can I disable movie rental but still have On Demand?

I bought a movie. We have recently moved and got the directv moved with us. I try to play the movie and it will play but at the bottom of the screen it says to buy the movie again and won't go away. The wrods take up half the screen and its annoying since I already paid for the movie.
