Every time I pause DIRECTV and the screensaver comes up it switches to 4:3. I have to play something from the list to get to go back. It is very annoying.

I watch Chinese programs and put on pause to read chinese language subtitles but before I can read them the (Edited per community guidelines) ads screen comes on. Is there a way to keep my program visible for more than the few seconds before the screen goes to the ads?

No service is available with Direct TV ... It comes on for 4 secs then goes out with NO warning/message on screen. Have rebooted to see if it would help, but to no avail. I pay too much for no service and unable to log in to app (tried numerous attempts to reset my pass code)... No solution.

On recorded shows it comes up no info available. The show is recorded but looking at the recorded shows list, the name comes up as no info available.
