Neither Fox nor CBS are carrying NFL games today here in Houston. Why is that?

Latley I've been getting tons of HDMI error messages on my DVR so today I unpluged my Internet gateway and my DVR and my wireless reciver all at the same time and then re-pluged them all back and now my recivers are running faster since I reset them

For the past few weeks, NBC's broadcast every day of the Today Show is very poor quality - stops, blips, loses audio. Local programming prior to the Today Show timeslot come in clear with no issues. Why the problem with NBC?

Hello . Direct TV service installed a new receiver today because we had no TV picture.  We apparently lost all taped shows and all those that were automatically reserved to tape.Can this function be restored?  I hate to have lost all this information/ taped shows, movies, etc.Thanks, Karen

My story. I spent 4 hours on the phone today to get an rewards card issue resolved. All I got for my time was the run around. It all started when the rewards card I was promised for signing up was sent to me in December. I activated it then tried to buy Christmas presents for my family. Card decline

Direct TV just cut off all the local channels today and I’m (Edited per community guidelines). You need to either bring back the local channels or reimburse  me for all the tears of service I have paid.

My U-verse DVR is set up to record the NBC Today Show every day. Starting yesterday, the recording ended shortly after the show began (today it only recorded about 2 minutes of the show). There was no power interruption, and the channel guide showed the normal information and duration for the show.

I was directed here to post my question. I had ovation on while working at my desk. Everything went silent, I assumed it was going to a commercial. A moment later a different show was on, apparently something updated and the channel changed to another when it came back on a moment later.
