When I set the DVR to record my favorite team it records every team available.

How do I create separate Favorite Channel lists for my wife and I?

There was an upgrade pushed to my receiver today.  My Favorite Channels list is now gone.

How do I set up favorite list on my S20/30 remote?

I have a S30-S1B remote and cannot figure out how to add to my Favorite channels. Also this remote does not have an Enter button as in older remotes making impossible to watch tutorials.
