Am at a loss how to make a formal complaint against ATT Van Driver.  I have the Van number and the License plate --- am getting the 800# runaround every where I call.  Any suggestions?

Is it possible to get NESN National on channel 1711 like New Englan Sports Network (NESN) says you can here in Dallas?  I have U-Verse 450 but it says I haven’t purchase it.

As I peruse the channel guide, I see listings for the national network feeds (Fox, ABC, CBS, NBC, CW, etc). I cannot, however, view these channels. Anyone know how to view these, or if it's even possible?

according to the national geographic website, there is some way to watch past episodes on uverse.  I've followed the steps they call out but don't know how (or if) I can watch these things.   The NG site says it's playing... but where... how?  Do I have to have a smart tv for it to work?

TNT National is Blacked Out for the NBA playoff game. Phone call did not help as no one knew what to do said black out was correct and not available in my area. This is a NATIONAL game only on this channel.
