Rented from On Demand and half way through the movie it began to skip and no volumn. Also unable to watch anything on Amizon Prime.
Amizon Prime is frozen so that we can't watch anything. Rented Little Women and about a third of the way through the movie it started skipping and stopping and theres no sound.

Wonder why the search feature stops short
If I do a search for Top Chef, I get listings of shows up until 2/23 at 6pm. If I forward the guide manually, I can find many other episodes up until 3/2 which is as far as we go right now. So, I tried another series that I know has lots of episodes. Same thing. The search for Law and Order lists

Install yesterday by your contractor technician of HD-24 DVR and two HD boxes, but Whole Home System will not activate. Installer says it takes "up to three days" for the system to recognize Whole Home, and then call him back to location again to fix, but that does not sound right. I went into AT&T
