When are you going to resolve the problem with TEGNA? It's disrupting my service in watching WFSS (channel 8 - ABC) in my area.  Customers should not have to deal with the petty problems between Uverse and TEGNA.  Work it out or lose a long time subscriber.

U-Verse TV keeps freezing

I have had  U-verse TV and Internet for several years throughout which I've had problems with the TV picture freezing and then losing connection. When this happens, my Internet goes out as well. They still prefer to insult our intelligence. My service was out for a week with them sending techs to my house even after I kept telling them the problem was in the hard wire terminal down the street. Problem was a cracked terminal block.

Santa Ana, CA U-Verse TV Outage - 05/29/15

My TV service isn't working this morning, but phone and wi-if is. Is anyone else in Socal having the same issue?  Keep getting, "TV Signal  Has Been Lost" message.  Troubleshooted per website and it didn't help. Called CS and the guy was in India, he was no help.

Hi. I’ve been calling and emailing since last week. Currently on hold at 1:10 in so far. Got the 771 code - online on my account it says my receiver must be replaced. Okay. But no response at all from DTv in a week. Hard to quarantine with no tv. What am I, a savage?Please help.

This should already be on there, but ask the next tech that is out if your pair(s) has a BAN tag on it.  At the terminal and SAI.

Uverse technicians stealing pares

We have had our pares stolen by uverse technicians 6 times in the last 7 months nobody has done anything about it can some one give contact info other than the 4 managers we have already talk to who dont seem concerned
