Can you share your luck with retentions lately?
I called today and had no luck. I'm coming off my 1 year promo and bill will go up 50.00. I can't afford that but they won't budge. I'll be leaving and going with another company even though it's a bit of a hassle. Anyone have better luck with retentions?

I have unused AT&T phone cards that were purchased at Sam's Club a few years back. Sam's Club does not do any refunds/store credit for these. Does AT&T refund for unused AT&T phone cards, and if so, what is the process please?
