do at&t cut your services off if payment is 4 days late.

Error code 775. No Dish Communication. I was told I'd receive a text when fixed, but that was 4 days ago and no text has been forwarded. I have done all the suggestions repeatedly on a daily basis. No positive results. Can anyone tell me when this will be resolved?
