NBA TV - some days yes, some days no

I subscribe to the NBA League Pass which includes NBA TV (ch. 216 I believe).  Some days I receive NBA TV and some days I get the message that I'm not subscribed to that station and that I can call to order it.  I have several receivers and have the same issue on each of them.  Anyone else having that issue or know of a quick fix.  I was hoping to remedy it myself before having to call DTV.  Thanks.
