This is really a KVH issue not Directv.  Directv does not handle marine installations, and they won't activate any receiver that does not come from them.

Replacement dish and lnb will not get signal

I have been using a 18x20 oval dish with the 3lnb with older SD receivers. The setup worked fine until the dish was damaged and had to be replaced.  I set up a new dish and lnb but now I cannot get signal on 101 and 119 satelites, 110 shows 98 percent signal strength.  everything worked f

@DIRECTVhelp I tried and after the virtual assistant responded, no one else came on for over an hour. DO you have a boat, marine or RV department.  Maybe they can fix this.

Of course that doesn't really fix the problem of using Directv when boating to multiple ports while we are traveling just as it would be a problem for someone traveling in an RV. I wonder if they have a marine or RV department?

Will DIRECTV allow me to activate 3 HR54 Genies on the same account?

I would like to replace my 3 HD DVRs with 3 HR54 Genies so that all users in the house will have 5 tuner recording capability. No Mini Clients will be used ! I have a 21 tuner SWM LNB which should handle the 3 HR54 Genies. Will Directv allow me to activate 3 HR54 on the same account ?

Does the Genie Gen 3 and the 4K Genie Mini have to be hooked together

The way I'm setup is I have a Genie Gen 3, a wireless video bridge and a 4K Genie Mini all hooked up together. Am I able to move the Genie Gen 3 to another TV or do they all need to be hooked up together?
