Att reps don't know what there doing! I am always lied to!
1st I was lied to to have service turned on in my opinion. I was told a price and was not granted that price. It took 2 extra weeks for my service to get installed at my knew address because of att mistakes! And now I have been waiting since April to get my reward card and it's JUNE! AND COME TO FIND OUT THEY MAILED MY CARD TO MY OLD ADDRESS! I CALLED 3 TIMES AND NOT ONE PERSON SAID ANYTHING ABOUT MY ADDRESS. Now they said it will take 3-6 weeks for me to get my card! I need to pay my bill and was going to use that to pay it and now I can't and I am at risk for my services to get cut off! All because att lied and doesn't know what there doing!
