Promises promises. No action

I was promised a $200 gift card within 30 days of activation. Nope, not on the rewards site and no where to be found. Was told by a customer service rep it was on the way. Nope nothing. Seems like att make a lot of promises with no follow up. They talked me into bundling my cell phone. Said they would pop at off my phone with verizon. Nothing yet other Than a $1400 past due balance with verizon.  Att said they would sent Visa cards to pay off the phones and credit my cell account.  No gift cards and gave s $250 balance on m if att phone account plus a $1400 past due balance. Sure am tired of being screwed by a company to big to know what's going on
