Reporting Dangerous/Aggressive AT&T Driver, Morgan Hill/South San Jose, California

On two separate occassions during my regular morning commute, traveling northbound on Santa Teresa Road from Morgan Hill, California, to San Jose, California, between approximately 7:45 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Mondays through Fridays, I have witnessed wreckless driving in an AT&T Utility Van, Vehicle Identifcation No. ***, California License Plate No. ***.  The driver is a caucasian male with short (crew cut style) brown hair, goatie, and mustache, approximately 35-45 years old. 

This driver is EXCEEDINGLY WRECKLESS.  On the first occassion I witnessed, he sped through traffic at an exceptionally fast rate, ran one red light, and merged and changed lanes excessively without using turn signals to weave around traffic.  When he weaved in and out of traffic he would cut in front of other drivers leaving far less than a single car's distance between his back bumper and the front end of the car.  On the first occassion I witnessed I was unable to get a clear reading on the vehicle ID because he was driving too fast for me to catch up with him.  I did see that other drivers were also trying to capture his Vehicle ID, and I did obtain the liscence plate number at that time.

On the second occassion that I witnessed this driver, I was able to catch up to confirm the vehicle ID and license plate number, as well as personally identify that it was the same driver that I had witnessed the first time.

In order to catch up to him, I had to travel 72 mph in a 40 mph zone.

This man is a danger to other drivers on the road and if his vehicle is not taken from him I will begin filming him and posting his wreckless driving to social media sites.
