Uverse Bundle Discount Disappeared
On my September bill (and every earlier bill this entire year) I was receiving a bundle discount on my Uverse TV/Internet bill that is set to expire on 12/3/14. However, on my October Bill, the bundle discount was removed. The bill says "You removed this promotion on 10/14" but I never cancelled the bundle and haven't communicated in any way with AT&T since 2013. Why was this bundle discount removed from my account without my permission to do so? Also, how can I ensure that the bundle gets re-applied to my October bill?

@TkAm23 Click the ATT Customer Care link in my signature, send the PM, explain your bundle disappearance situation.
Include your account #, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.
Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply. Good luck 😉

I am the only member on the account and no services were added or removed. The bundle was taken off from the bill for the period of Oct 18 through Nov 17, prior to the expiration date of 12/3/14. The bundle was removed from my account without my permission.

This has been happening to me over a yr. It's common and I am still wasting hrs on the phone with no fix. It seems to be the norm. They are being investigated for their cell part and I pray they will get caught with this bait & switch in the process!!! A 2Yr PRICE GUARANTEE IS THAT!! THEY ADVERTISED IT ON TV AS WELL!!

A previous poster suggested that the OP send a Private Message (PM) to the AT&T Customer Service team by clicking a link like this one:
Customer Service link . I'd suggset it may work for you to do so as well. You may find you no longer have an issue to post [repeatedly] about.
