AT&T destroyed my yard along with my neighbors

I had U-verse installed. A 19 year old technician came out to bury the cable in my yard. I explained to him that this is new side and I did not one it destroyed. I question him about the weather conditions since my yard was very wet from the rain Day before. He explained that he would dig up just a little bit pushed down the cable and cover it back with the sod I wouldn't see a thing.

I went in The house trusting AT&T's technician's word. About 15 minutes later he knocked back on my door and said he could not finish burying the cable The machine he was using was getting stuck in the yard. The technician did not tell me he was going to drive a piece of machinery in my yard.
I would assume he would be trained enough to know you cannot drive machinery on wet sod it will leave a trench and start spinning out as it did. I went to investigate the damage. AT&T technician also damaged my neighbors yard. I live in a new subdivision houses are coming up each day. There are regulations in my subdivision with the Home owner association
They are now getting involved, the foreman who's building the houses are also getting involved. I have also talk to my attorney about this incident. I am also calling landscapers to see how much it would cost to repair the Damage AT&T caused
I have been on the phone for three days trying to get this resolved. I am unable to talk to anyone I continue to get the runaround, somebody will call me back
And it will be resolved to my satisfaction not to worry.
AT&T continues to lie to me. No one has called me back and I have been on the phone for hours each day trying to get this resolved
I've never seen an organization so unprofessional.
This is a new subdivision with New homeowners and prospects. they are noticing the damage that is done to my yard along with my neighbors.
I'm assuming if my yard does not get repaired quickly then the new neighbors will be choosing spectrum for their cable and Internet service
New homeowners pay a lot of money for their house and their yard and they do not want to have it destroyed
