Horrific AT and T service

Eight calls to get the same problem fixed, today, for the eighth time, a service person was to come to our home between 4-8pP, but at 7.45, no one had come so I called, AGAIN. Doesn't look like anyone is coming tonight says the very polite ATAnd T employee. We can make you an appointment for tomorrow between ...another 4 hour time span. Do I need to quit my job to accommodate AT and T?

I suggest everyone now send their complaints to the FCC as I just did.

AT and T.....I have no terms to describe your horrid service.
