My last 72 Hours
Let me share with you my last few days.
Saturday - our wireless goes out, so we spend 3.5 hours trying to contact ATT. Finally they agree to send out a repairman on Monday.
Sunday - Wake up, our cable is out. I spend 2 hours trying to fix the issue, and I'm told by a supervisor that he's going to run some tests and call me back in 5 min. 3 hours go by with no call so I call back. It takes an hour to talk to anyone. By the time I do, they tell me they have no record of my previous conversations with ATT, so I start again. An hour later I'm told the repairman will deal with my issues. I check my DVR, and all recordings are lost.
Monday - repairman is to be here from noon - 4pm. 4pm comes with no repairman so I call ATT, after waiting 30 minutes to talk to someone, I'm told he's been dispatched. 5:30 pm, still no repairman so we go to the store. 5:45 the repairman calls saying he's at our house, so we quickly leave the store, get home at 5:55 and the repairman is gone. I spend 2 hours talking with ATT to try to get things worked out and after being accused many times I was in the wrong for not being home, rescheduled for Thursday. We'll see.

@Tigers182 Contact ATT Uverse Care here:
https://forums.att.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage/tab/compose/note-to-user-id/2365485
Send them a private message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your Uverse internet/TV service problems. They are available M-F 8am-11pm Eastern time (also around on weekends), response may take up to 2 business days.
This is not the regular CS/TS people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact to get things done. I personally know as they've helped me on a DVR swap.
Include your account#, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.
Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply.
See if they can help to get someone there sooner. Good luck 😉
Chris
