ugly wire outside front of my house, service no-show

I had an appt. Feb. 24 from 1 to 4:00.  Not only did he not show, he called my husbands and my cell phone to confirm that he would be here.  The next day I get a text saying sorry we missed you, contact to reschedule.  AT&T did a sloppy job with wires clearly visable from the street in front of our house and they agreed to come and hide the wires better.  I don't want to be live chatting forever and rescheduling - I'm so angry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
