External DIRECTV streaming device goes blank

We have DIRECTV streaming with a small Device we bought at the ATT store. It’s plugged into our smart tv.  It goes blank quite a bit, probably 3/4 times in a week just out of the blue. I have checked all the connections and every time I push the reset button. Our internet speed is over 600 and we have not had any outages in many moons. So I am at a loss of what it could be? Any help is appreciated!!

I'm not sure if this will help, but it was worth a try.  Even though your speed is good, try resetting your modem/router at the same time you reset your Directv device.  If this does not help with the blank screen issue, then you may need to contact Directv for a new device, as getting a blank screen is not normal.
