sound drops

About every 5 to 10 minutes the sound will quit for about 3 to 4 seconds. I have 3 streaming boxes and it dose it

on all of them

Hi @Junebug1952 Happy to help!

Let's trying the following steps as troubleshooting:

If DIRECTV STREAM does not play any sound, plays out sync with the video, or has another problems, try these options:

-Check the volume level and mute the settings on your TV and any Audio-visual A/V devices you may have

-Check audio settings on your device using your remote: press the home button, then settings >system>remote & Devices > Program your remote > Advanced Remote Program > Switch Volume Control.

-Make sure that your optical audio cable or HDMI cable is Snugly attached to your device, the TV, and any A/V devices.

To Enable surround sound, check audio settings on your device. Press home button on your remote, then Settings > System > Audio Output. The output option are Stereo only or Surround Sound.
