Do you mean a premium pack of channels (HBO, etc.) or something else?
To remove optional services you must call DirecTV. I would also review your prior bills to see if you had a promotion that just ended as those are roll to cost.

Hold times are long due to call centers being closed and remaining ones are under staffed due to COVID-19
