Charges on my bill

I am being charged for channels that I didnt ask for or want.

Do you mean a premium pack of channels (HBO, etc.) or something else?

To remove optional services you must call DirecTV. I would also review your prior bills to see if you had a promotion that just ended as those are roll to cost.

I keep trying to call them but I be put on hold for hours. I been on hold for over an hour now as I type this.

Hold times are long due to call centers being closed and remaining ones are under staffed due to COVID-19

Well not able to pay any of your bill is a bit more than wanting to remove channels you say weren't requested as you initially posted.

Unfortunately we can not increase their staffing. Keep trying to get through is your option. This is a public forum of other customers. We can give guidance and help with may things, but we do not have account access.

I will be so glad when Covid-19 is over, or at least reasonably managed instead of the critical situation it is currently.
