DiecTV2PC Quits at installing codecs

I'm running Windows 7 64 bit, have a ATI Radeon HD 4350 video card, and a HR24-100 receiver. When I run the advisor it says that my video card is ok, but the driver is not, I downloaded the latest driver, but still get this message. I'm sure the driver is ok, but not on the list of known good drivers, so I went on and tried to install, like was suggested in another post. The install goes fine until it gets to the point that it says it's installing codecs, then it just shuts down. No error message or anything, just closes. Any suggestions?
