I had looked at the list below as the previous poster mentioned. I think that I should also be getting channel 690. Channel 691 spectrum SportsNet I do receive which is the LA Lakers Channel however I do not receive the new channel 690 which is the LA Dodgers channel. Maybe ATT missed it by mistake as it was added less than two weeks ago? 93720 is in the actual city of Fresno within Fresno county so not sure why I am not see it on the list and not getting it as spectrum says it should be available in Fresno county in the local market.

I also checked my friends zipcode in Los Angels county and channel 690 shows up on that list on direct tv’s website.

Well the RSN and MLB set the viewing market lines. It might come down to that your zip may be on the wrong side. But as it was only recently added to DirecTV, I would check with the RSN to see if you are in-market or not to be sure. If you are then they need to fix the authorization with DirecTV.

I have the choice package and pay the regional sports fee every month. Just not sure why the website says Fresno County and I’m in a zipcode in the city of Fresno and don’t receive it. The zipcode maybe has close to 100k people in it too if not more. I have received the Lakers channel on 691 perfectly fine.

Out of curiosity I also checked areas within the county where spectrum Is the actual cable service provider in Fresno County such as 93646 and direct tv doesn’t carry 690 just 691 but Spectrum has both the channels in their line up. (Channel 95 is Channel 690)

If you are in Entertainment, then you should not be getting any RSNs. They are in Choice and above.

However if you have the Sports Pack add on, though that gives you over 35 RSN and specialty sports networks (sometimes a cheaper way to get your RSNs then raising to Choice), it does not include SportsNet LA at this time. So though they have come to DirecTV, they are still being a bit restrictive.

We understand your concern with not having a channel that you feel you should have. Don't worry we can help explain.

When it comes to channels provided by other service providers its up to them to show what content is to be viewed. That's why you may notice certain area codes are able to get the channel and some cant being that you're not actually with that provider.

Charles...that would be ZIP code (address), not AREA code (phone number).

@Juniper Then why do I get Spectrum sportsnet channel 691 if I am on entertainment? I live in the area covered by what it says on the Spectrum website here https://spectrumsportsnet.com/faq is this why?
