local channels SOUTH DAKOTA
I now have local HD channels here in SD 57703. Question. I had local channels before with outside antenna. Now have it in HD. problems why can I pause or record such as HD ch 560-60. Also no way of menu for the local channels as like all the other channels. Info will help understand. RAPID CITY S>D> 57703

The H24 is a receiver that cannot pause or record. Look inside the card door for the proper model number, maybe HR24? Did you do a red button (inside card door) reset of the receiver? Make sure you're looking at the "channels I get" or "all channels" guide and not a custom one.

it is an HR24 - 200 My age 80 maybe not to swift. I also lost the manual for the hr 24 any chance of getting a copy.Also do the local channel's record etc. thank you larry ward

your locals channels problem might have to do with the guide data problem being discussed here.
