Logging into DirecTV

I've been trying to login to Investigation Discovery all day via my email and password through Directv and I've been having issues.

 

When I try to put in my password, it says 'looks like you're not a directv customer'.

You're trying to sign in to the Investigation ID app, correct?

Have you performed any troubleshooting on the app?

 

You should also reboot your receiver (unplug the receiver from the wall for 10 seconds and plug it back in) and reset your password to get your system to refresh itself. Then trying signing in to the app again.
