There is no guarantee DirecTV will get MeTV Toon so "when" could be never. DirecTV does not make public if they are looking into a channel or not.
Be aware that DirecTV is very slow to pick up new locals, and rarely gets sub-channels, because there are too many around the country. This is because they are provided by local affiliate stations instead of one mass feed. As such there is limited satellite bandwidth to add those type of channels.

IF BOOMERANG IS SHOWING THE SAMETHING AS METV TOONS ARE THEN i DO NOT WANT METV TOONS.ALL BOOMERANG IS SHOWING IS TOM AND JERRY, FLINTSTONES,SCOOBYDOO,BUT MOSTLY TOM AND JERRY.
DirecTV, nor any other TV provider, controls what is on the channels. It is up to MeTV Toons and Boomerang what programming they have on their own stations.
If you don't like a channel you receive, then your option is to hide it in your Favorites list. Channels are not offered al-a-carte.
