The MLB has postponed their season. I need two things. I need to cancel MLB Extra Innings but no one is answering the phone. I also need to get a refund for the MLB Extra Innings charge that was on my March bill.

I have been on hold for 2 hours trying to cancel MLB extra innings since you haven’t prorated the season. I am not paying for extra months of nothing since MLB is postponed until at least July. You’ve cut back staff to ”protect” them, not having chat open, nothing can be done on line and your voice service on the phone is a joke but you still have no problem ripping your customers off.

You automatically charged me for MLB Extra Innings, yet the season has been pushed back due to COVID-19. I was thinking of cancelling before the season started, not sure if I can afford the expense. I can't cancel online and your call center is overwhelmed. What's the point of having a website where you can only add programs, but not cancel programs. I know you like to get people on the phone so you can talk them out of cancelling. This is no way to do business. But I guess that's what you get with AT&T, a monopoly with no heart and no soul.

With baseball season delayed, will we be getting a reduced cost for Extra Innings?

I paid for MLB package, but since there is no baseball season now with no start date planned, can you refund for MLB and I can purchase it if it gets rescheduled? It seems wrong to pay for it up front with no baseball season.

I own a bar in Illinois. We were charged for the MLB package and obviously there is no MLB and I was wanting it taken off my bill. We haven’t been able to rea any customer service reps through the phone.

I recently went online to pay my Directv bill, and noticed that I am being charged for my first payment of the Directv MLB Xtra Innings Package. At a time when companies, large and small, are waiving late fees, extending due dates, and doing everything they can to help their loyal customers; I found it appalling that Directv chose the opposite route. You are fully aware that the baseball is postponed indefinitely, yet you charged all of your customers for their MLB subscriptions anyhow, probably hoping they wouldn't notice amidst all the chaos. It was a blatant money grab. I will being paying my bill minus the $45.99 charge, I suggest everyone else does the same.

There is an added charge on our account (1 of 6) for MLB Extra Innings 2020. With the MLB season postponed and possibly canceled, will our account be credited for the months in which no baseball is played? Thank you.
