Myprogramming list bad

When are you going to get the myprogramming listing corrected? they are missing many of the channels such as CNN is not listed as well as meney more. Changes back in Februay screwed up listings and leaves many chanels off list.

I have call tech support about this several times and no one has taken action to fix!

I want to get a correct hard copy print of the channels in my package. All the myprogramming list are incorrect be cause they do not include many channels that are in you paid for pacjage. The Ultar package is missing many channels. I have attached copies of good Primire listing and a bad Primire listing so that you can see what the problem is.

Just wanted to agree with this post. I have a full program listing for XTRA dated 11/8/2019 but current offering is about a third of the listing. How hard can it be to put out a list of what you are offering the customer?

DirecTV was doing away with printed lists. Saves paper (going green) and a problem was the list was only current as the day it was printed. And channels are subject to change.

The lists on the old DirecTV website (as posted in this thread) are out of date. The web pages were not removed.

Here is their new listing: https://www.att.com/channels/directv/

It is not in a printable format, assumedly because they don't want a list to be printed that might not be accurate in the near future.

BUT......they DO publish PDF lists today using the same amount of potential paper it is just that they are not complete. How is anyone supposed to find a channel without some sort of guidance?

In my experience (probably over 10 years with Directv) changes to the schedule are minimal but they do occur so I update say twice a year.

I would have thought that with the volume of customers cutting the cord they might try and assist the remainers.
