NFL Sunday Ticket Login Issues
I am not able to access the NFL Sunday Ticket with any of the login credentials I have! I have tried to reset my user ID as well as the password, but I keep getting routed to the AT&T page. I also tried logging into the NFL Sunday Ticket app but it says I don't have the right credentials.

I’m pretty sure it’s because it’s too soon. Sunday Ticket doesn’t start until just before the first game.

I hope you are right #sandblaster because they have already started to charge me for a service I can't even log into yet! The service is also not listed in my account information anywhere on AT&T because we purchased the NFLSUNDAYTICKET.TV TO GO and we do not have Direct TV.

I have experienced the same exact thing. What is going on? I’ve been on phone with their IT with no luck.

**Possible Fix**
So I was able to get a hold of a customer service rep named George who was beyond helpful!!!!
I am not sure if your problem is the same as mine, but my issue ended up being that I was using the same email address to log into both my AT&T portal and for the NFL Sunday Ticket.
Once I changed my email address on my AT&T account I was able to successfully log into the Sunday Ticket!
I hope this helps others and again Kudos to George!!

Thanks for the update and it makes since the streaming fast is separated from Att main account seems like they would combine user id to simplify troubleshooting

I want to inform you that our NFL Sunday ticket team is already working on the app and it will be working for you as soon as possible.
Also, please verify the latest version of NFL app is installed in all the devices, we can get this version by uninstalling and installing the app again.

@DIRECTVhelp It's hard to tell if we have the correct version of the app when nothing much happens after logging into the app. Can you please explain what we should be seeing after logging in so we can determine BEFORE the first games if we are good to go or not???
There's nothing more frustrating than to think you are good to go only to find out that the app isn't working at kickoff!!

@DIRECTVhelp Same issue here - signed up today and can get on the account overview page via browser no problem, but the app says it doesn't know my login info , talked to customer service who assured me its happening for everyone , but then I watched my co worker sign into his app with no problem - is this a new user issue?

Verify the latest version of NFL app is installed in all the devices, we can get this version by uninstalling and installing the app again, once done, sign in again.
