Not able to see channel

In the channel lineup booklet, teen nick is on every package but I’m not able to watch the channel on any of my televisions

What is the exact name of your programming package?

Does the error message show code 721 or something else?

What model is the DirecTV box?

Have you tried a red button reset or refreshing your service authorizations? www.directv.com/refresh
