ordered movie can't find it to watch it

I ordered a movie (all day ticket) last night, from the internet sight. I also set it up to record on the DVR. I can't find the movie to watch it now either from the guide (when I click on it's name it says to order it) or recorded in my playlist (or the To Do screen). I know I ordered because I was charged. Where do I go to find the movie?

I'm posting to this in case anyone comes across this question.

my issue has been resolved once I spoke with a directv agent online.

First you want to make sure you have internet connected (which I didn't, explaining why I couldn't find the title). If you don't have the internet connected or it never has been (like mine), need to order a Cinema Connection Kit, costing $79.99 plus tax - though, no monthly charges afterwards. 

If you aren't sure if your tv isn't connected to the internet then go to any tv channel (nothing from your recording list, you'll have to exit it out) and press the dash button (underneath the number 7) on the remote. A box will appear and next to Internet it will give your status.

To search for a movie:

Press MENU > Search & Browse > Smart Search
Enter title of movie

You will see the option to download to the queue or you may even see an option to watch now
