H25 does not support On-Demand, only PPV. That must be the reason for your issues.

The H25 has no hard drive to buffer On Demand or record but you should be able to watch the channel live.

Starz includes 525 - 542. That is all the Starz and Encore channels.
You cannot get 525 buy itself so that agent gave very bad info or you misunderstood something.
Starz On Demand which is channel 1525, is only available if you have an HDDVR internet connected. Since the H25 is not a DVR, it is incapable of accessing the channel.
Starz On Demand is naturally part of the Starz pack. But unfortunately without a DVR model, you cannot get it because it requires downloading the info to a hard drive that non-DVRs do not have.

Sorry for the confusion. It seems you have the Encore only pack. If you get the Starz pack it does include Encore. A while back Encore was rebranded Starz Encore to show under that brand, but did result in the misunderstanding. I was assuming you were getting a discounted price for the full pack, but if you have Encore-only, that explains the low cost.
You would need to have the Starz pack to have both Starz and Encore. With Encore-only, you don't get 525 but the channels starting at 535.
Still would need an HDDVR to access Starz On Demand 1525 or Encore On Demand 1535 (with the correct pack for the channels in the first place of course).

You're welcome.
Great thing is you can always raise up to the full Starz pack to catch up on shows and the additional moves and lower back to Encore-only when you want. If you have any HDDVRs, anything you record from the satellite channels stays even after you are no longer subscribed to those channels (just from the regular satellite ones, On Demand recordings will still have an expiration date).
If you still have questions on the equipment, just post back with all your model numbers (or clarify if the H25 is your only box) and we will help with some guidance.

You should be able to as the show itself is broadcasted on STARZ. Were you planning to watch it on-demand or simply record each episode as it aired on the respective live STARZ channel? I ask because sometimes the on-demand selection from STARZ to DIRECTV does not include all of the episodes.

I called Directv and they said that particular channel is not in my Starz package. Imagine that! They wanted me to pay for that particular Starz channel.

You have the Starz pack or you don't. They are not sold as individual channels. So what "particular channel" do you supposedly not have?
Depends on Starz's schedule on what shows on TV. For previous episodes you can check their On Demand library, but it is up to Starz what is available at any given time.

I have rather Starz Encore package. This one is on channel 525 which is not part of that package. It is called StarzHD.

That is a Starz channel so is part of the pack. However, what are the models of the boxes you have? I suspect I know the true issue based on the one you are having a problem with.

To access On Demand on that TV then yes you would need to upgrade it. However, what are the models of all boxes you have?
And since you cannot access 525 (satellite channel, not On Demand), what happens when you go to that channel? Is your H25 connected to an HD TV?

You have the "encore" pack NOT Starz, Starz includes the "encore" channels but the "encore ' pack doesn't include Starz channels so the csr wasn't actually wrong in this case
