Problem with streaming subscriptions
Subscriptions show at bottom of screen. Each is paid for but will not allow access. When clicking on Prime,Netflix on AppleTV, subscriber name is shown, when clicked on the name, then it opens but will not allow access to select a movie, etc.

If you are trying to access Amazon Prime and Netflix on your AppleTV, that will have nothing to do with DirecTV.
Otherwise please provide more info on how this relates to DirecTV so others can try and help.
