Thank you for confirming that other sound is working on the TV and that you are using an HDMI cable.

• Does the sound come through the TV speakers or through other equipment such as a sound bar or audio system?

Try to disconnect and reconnect the HDMI cable from both the Directv receiver and the back of the TV? Sometimes this will help initiate the sounds to start working again.

• You may try a different HDMI cable to ensure the HDMI cable is working fully.
• If you have another Directv receiver to swap with, we can see if the problem stays at same location or follows the receiver.
