Sunday Ticket To Go
Hello,
I have signed up for Sunday Ticket ToGo to use on my computer (Windows 7 OS). The "start watching" button is unavailable in either Firefox 6 or IE 7. Is this an issue on my end or will it be made available when the games start?
Thank you.

Nope, I was sent thru the AA to a busy signal. No football on my TV and the iPhone app is not working either. it cuts between commercial and whatever is really on about every 30 seconds.
The app has also crashed on me 3 times as well. I have rebooted my phone, reloaded the app and still no luck.
I should have known this was a bait and switch situation. I got husled by Directv because I enjoy watching foortball. I would have been better off watching on Justin.tv or Ustream

no football on my computer, not to be mistaken with my TV as I wish I was at home to watch it.

I think that some emails to the better business bureau would be a good idea about now.

Not only does the computer not have the option, the mobile offerings have extremely poor streaming! extremely pixelated and stop and go- over wifi with high speed network...
Expected more...

@roderick: I am getting the same thing. If I go to Red Zone network on my iPhone, it shows the same straw dogs commercial, 10 seconds of footage from an hour ago, then closes....

Utterly ridiculous... no way to watch it directly online, iPad and iPhone apps, using either 3G or 6+MB/sec internet won't play the video for more than a few minutes, and even then it's pixelated, jumping to and from the pre-game show and previous parts of the game, etc. No point in even trying to call them based on the volume they are likely getting. In fact the directv.com website has pretty much come to a standstill due to overload.
They are going to lose a LOT of money today from folks demanding a refund on either the full package price or today's portion. I will wait till the volume dies down and try to call tonight or tomorrow to do just that.
Year after year. It's embarrassing.

If anyone can, please reach out to engadget and let them know that Directv fell on their faces out of the gate. That should get some heat on this issue.

Also, They will not give refunds after the season has started so it was one of those buyer beware issues.....

So has anyone had any movement on this? The To Go screen was replaced with a technical service screen for a while, came back and nothing. Cleared the cache, reset the router and all that and still nothing. Just me?
