Thank you for your response. I am living in the Washington, D.C. area and as of Friday 27 March 2020, we were able to view programs, such as, "I Almost Got Away It", on this channel.
Do you recall the name of the network? Perhaps it was moved to a different channel number. I am still looking myself to see if I can find updated information.

Channel 267 has not had a channel take over since 2016.
The show "I almost got away with it" is the Discovery Channel. Discovery was channel 267 until Pivot launched in 2013 when Discovery moved to channel 278. Perhaps some legacy information got uploaded to the guide by mistake regarding the channel number and has since been corrected.

Channel 267 used to be Pivot which shut down Oct 31 2016. I've been checking but not verifying any network took that number since yet.
