I am trying to set up tv at our deer camp in a remote location. I am using a H24 receiver and I believe it’s a slimline 3 receiver. I know the elevation and skew on the dish are correct for the area. I know my mounting pole is level. I plug in and get zero readings on the satellite setup.   po

I canceled Direct TV recently and was told I don’t have to return the equipment. I still have AT&T internet. Is that correct?

Hello! I’ve been unable to control the volume on my tv the entire time I’ve had this tv. My DIRECTV GENIE remote was never professionally paired to this specific television. I’ve tried and can’t figure it out. Please help! Ayden

How do I remove the channels added from the LCC? The flat antenna did not work in my area and I have already removed the LCC equipment.  Resetting the Genie receiver has no effect.  Thanks for your assistance.

I know I can set up recordings (ex: NCIS seasons) from the Direct web site. Then we can watch them from the DVR at our leisure. Right now I can't seem to find out how.

We have 4 TV's and only one no longer lets us watch or record In Demand shows. it says it's unavailable yet I can go turn on another tv and can watch In Demand. It says my internet is connected so what can be the issue?

Just got a new receiver and remote and it’s on hdmi2 . I also have firestick on hdmi1 but I can’t select hdmi1 with the remote. It only highlights tv and hdmi2. How can I get to my firestick on hdmi1?
